Shipping Policies
In an effort to keep your cost down, we ship all orders under $50 US Mail with
delivery confirmation. All orders over $50 will be shipped UPS Ground. Air service is available for rush orders. Please contact us if you need expedited shipping.
There will be additional fees for this service.
Turn Around Time
All in stock items will ship within 5-7 business days. If an item is out of stock when your order is placed we will contact you to let you know when it will become available. If you need an item ASAP, please let us know and we will make every effort to meet your request.
Returns
Customer service is our top priority! If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason please let us know. Personalized items may not be returned. If an error is made do to our mistake we will gladly reprint at no charge. If an error is made on your part we will gladly reprint at a reduced rate. Any non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return instructions and policies will be printed on your packing slip for your convenience.
